Explanation for Algeria 10 Dinars KM# 124 "date letters on reverse"?

For the 10 Dinar coin from AH 1423 / 2002 there are two lines and the second has the note "date letters on reverse". Does anyone have any pictures or at least a better explanation?

I see nothing relevant in Krause or Schön, and failed to find useful information with a web search.

The explanation is better on the French side.
Date is simply written on the reverse instead of the obverse.
