Owing to last update on post fee and conditions on my country, sending of coins became really expensive; therefore, from now on, I would be interested on sending only notes or, in case of close countries, maybe coins too.
Update: Now items that are not from fine metals (silver, gold, platine, palladium), are not exempt of importation taxes (that must be paid over value assigned by custom house). Overseas swaps have became very expensive for me now. I will happily consider swaps within my country and via people who travels to foreign locations.
Debido a la última actualización de tarifas y condiciones del correo en mi país, el envío de monedas se ha vuelto realmente caro; por lo tanto sólo estoy interesado en enviar billetes, o en caso de países cercanos, posiblemente monedas también.
Novedad: ahora los items que no sea de metales nobles (plata, oro, platino, paladio), ya no están exentos del pago de impuestos de importación (que se calculan en base a los valores que asigne la Aduana). Loa canjes al extranjero se han vuelto muy onerosos para mí. Gustosamente puedo considerar canjes dentro de mi país o los que se puedan hacer gracias a personas que viajen al extranjero.

- Uruguayan and Cuban banknotes: all types, serial letters and years, no matter of signature variants,
- Latin American and Caribbean coins and banknotes: all types, no matter the years, but I appreciate the variants,
- New project: All South American circulating coins, from 2001 including all years and variants. (And commemorative circulating while they are common metal).
I would swap coins/banknotes on similar groups: silver vs silver, aged vs aged (-1900); recent: old vs old (1900-1950), newer vs newer (1950-date) I suggest to use Krause catalog to compare value of coins and banknotes.
I will send using certified post, and ask to be send to me as certified or registered (as available in your country).
When I'm asked more value than what I select, I will accept silver coins to balance sides, and also UNC circulating coins, while I don't have the type.
We can discuss and modify these rules and agree a different way, but only during the negotiation. I will not change details after confirmation, and I expect you act the same way.

Haré canjes de monedas en grupos similares: plata por plata, antiguas por antiguas (hasta 1900), y en las recientes viejas por viejas (1900-1950) y nuevas por nuevas (1950-hoy). Sugiero usar Krause para comparar valores.
Enviaré por correo certificado, y pido me envíen por certificado o registrado (de acuerdo a lo que haya disponible en su país).
Cuando se me pida más valor que lo que yo selecciono, aceptaré monedas de plata del resto del mundo, para igualar valores, y también monedas y billetes circulantes en estado UNC, siempre que ya no las tenga.
Podemos discutir y modificar estas reglas, y acordar una forma diferente, pero solo durante la negociación; no cambiaré ningún detalle después de confirmar, y espero se actúe de la misma forma.
