In a swap with a Slovenian member, I acquired a Slovenian 1 euro cent 2020. Based on the information on the coin page, I had expected all euro cents from 2018 on to have the new reverse, with the rounded serifs.
To my surprise, it had the old reverse:

I found images of another Slovenian 2020 cent on Ucoin, and that, too, had the old reverse. Images that I found for 2018 and 2019 coins all had the new reverse.
Apparently, for Slovenia, which orders its coins at different mints every year, we have to be careful stating that ‘the design changed’ starting with a particular year. This 2020 cent was minted by the Dutch Royal Mint, and that still seemed to use old master dies for the reverse in 2020.
