Mine is from 2012. 2nd map.

Doesn't look like a proof to me so you enter it under 2012 in set only.
Or does a coin taken out of a set magically become a coin issued for circulation by the cental bank?

What I want to say there were no 1 Euro coins issued for general circulation since 2005.

Well, it's in VF condition and I got it during a shopping in Gran Canaria in January... it's strange for me that 2 euro exists with 2nd map in circulation, but 1 euro only with the 1st map?

There are simply still enough for circulation, the 2 euro coins were not enough.

Well, they say that it doesn't exist in circulation, so mine was maybe the revenge of an angry german wife or ex-girlfriend who decided to spend the set. Because I swear that I have it, and I didn't understand why isn't it available on this website as a normal circulated coin...
