They have different P-numbers, but only difference seems to be 1 or 2 serial numbers on the obverse. Doesn't sound like enough to go for 2 pages ... just 2 varieties of the same note.
Any thoughts from Spain (or anywhere else) on this?

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
They are very similar but I think it's probably right to split them. In addition to the single serial number (not enough on it's own) P#164 has a slightly different portrait on the front (darker in the corners) and several additional marks on the back. Our images aren't great, but these make it clearer:
Someone seems to have uploaded a new picture to the page of P#164, but it seems to be the picture of P#162 (which also has a serial number at the bottom of the portrait). Before moving that picture to the page of P#162 ... does anyone have a picture of P#164 available (with no serial on obverse)? I only have the obverse picture at the moment and not is great quality.
