The reeding has likely gotten worn down from going through counting machines too many times. That kind of mechanical damage is pretty common on modern coins that have been in circulation for 20+ years.

The reeding on Soviet and Russian coins was very shallow, and would not take long to wear down.

Απόσπασμα: "BreakAlex" Are different types of 10 rubles from 1993? Or are just mint error? Minting issue.
This coins was very short in circulation due to inflation in 1993.
I have couple of hundreds of that coins in a jar, same things with them.
