The cited coin is Fridrich Wilhelm, Duchy of Krosno (Silesia) 3 kreuzer 1666
I saw that coin but also noticed a difference in writing. Could it be 3 kreuzer 1666 Brandenburg KM#344 (not listed in Numista)? There are no photos of the Brandenburg issue to compare it on the internet. I checked every coin in Krause dated 1666 and the closest resemblance I got was with Brandenburg coin.
Comparing with the photo of KM#344 in my Krause 17th century book it is certainly similar (and the photo in Krause is not great) but it appears that both the writing and the straight hair on the obverse are somewhat different from your coin. It appears we haven't yet found an exact match. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable about these coins will chime in.
