U.K. one pound 2020, just need the shield 50p now. It’s been 10 months since the last update.
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

I have found a 10 cent coin of New Zealand. The coin actually has stains and wear!
UPDATE - Photo June 20 2022
The coin already has stains and verdigris!
The 50c, $1 and $2 of 2020 have not been sighted yet.

Finally on March 1st, I got 4 shiny new $2 coins dated 2020 - here is one.
These are mint roll fresh.
In the spirit of collecting, 1 was sent to Germany and 2 others to Australia, this 4th coin was kept by me.
That means for 2020, we have a full group of coins in NZ except the $1 coin.
None were issued in 2021, but it seems all but the $1 were issued in 2022 - have not seen any yet.

Today in change I got 2 x $1 2020 coins - these coins finish up the set of the 2020 coins of New Zealand
Surprisingly no 2022 coins have been sighted by me yet.
The shine, says they are fresh from the roll. Yes early Covid era coins only showing up now.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Completely up to date as of today. Thanks everyone for keeping these find posts alive and keep claiming your 2020 finds on here. I will endeavour to keep the list up to date a bit more regularly 😉
U.K. 2020 shield 50p (these were released alongside the 2023 Salmon 50p in November).

If I may ask, what do you do for a living? You must travel abroad often. In the past few days you've visited the Czech Republic, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Germany and of course the Philippines. It must be nice to travel so much and get all those foreign coins in change.

I get those from my relatives who travel different countries over the past two years. I heard that my auntie is going to Japan in the past few weeks.
I just started posting in forums a few days ago. Just showing my collection over the past two years.
So, to be picky, you didn't find them in circulation. Someone else did an gave them to you? I'd say this would go under the same category as recieveing them through a swap. I'm afraid that would mean you're disqualified, considering the criteria is “Please post any coins here that you find (in circulation only)”. I mean, if we're picky.

In my opinion, if the user got the coins from a person who picked them from circulation, the coins still qualify. When they change hands, it is a continuation of circulation process.
How about the coins which we get from family members, friends etc.? How about asking a cashier that they exchange some desired coins against our undesirable ones?
Swaps between collectors don't qualify, because the exchange happens not in a circulation context, but in a numismatic context.

I don't really see the difference between getting coins from friend/family or getting coins through a swap. I also swap coins I've recieved in change, so basically that's the same thing.
I can't say I care too much, but the criteria is “Please post any coins here that you find (in circulation only)”, so to me sounds like I, personally, have to get it.
Thanks, here in New Zealand, we have not had any coins issued for circulation dated later than 2020.
The rare times we see coins now, if a shiny one shows up, its always 2019 or 2020. Apparently some 20c and $2 dated 2022 have been minted and also some 2024 10c coins with King Charles on them, but none have been released yet.

My mother let me search through her change bucket before taking it to the bank. This one, of the Salt River Bay design, turned up, with V75 privy mark:
