I think 2 year lines would be OK
1 with 3 sails
1 with 4 sails
since they are easy to distinguish even on used coins!

I know it's a very old post, but the picture is misleading, just as the original SCWC comment on these. I remember going through dozens of these in search for a fourth jib sail and double wave lines until I realized from a Greek post it's one of the greatest modern rarities of whole Europe. It was a proposed design that was started to be minted but corrected to three. Whole issue was melted down but some pieces did escape as always.

Anyway, now it's in SCWC as KM#Pn89
