Roman Coin. [επιλυμένο]

OK. So I've had this Roman coin for a bit and need some help exactly identifying it.
Info that would be great:
Date?
Mint?


So I already know from looking at the obverse that this is a Constantius coin.
FL VAL CONSTANTIVS NOB CAES

This is the side I'm having issues with.
I have noticed that:
- Possible GENIO POPVLI ROMANI?
- Mint on bottom seems to have space between letters (may be wear).

Weirdly, dates don't match up with reign of Constantius (or even birth), possible mistake?

IMP C FL VAL CONSTANTIVS PF AVG, laureate head right / GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius standing left, modius on head, naked but for chlamys over shoulder, holding patera and cornucopiae. Mintmark KB.
