Roman Coin. [επιλυμένο]

OK. So I've had this Roman coin for a bit and need some help exactly identifying it.
Info that would be great:
Date?
Mint?
:*

So I already know from looking at the obverse that this is a Constantius coin.
FL VAL CONSTANTIVS NOB CAES

(Please excuse poor pic quality)
This is the side I'm having issues with.
I have noticed that:
- Possible GENIO POPVLI ROMANI?
- Mint on bottom seems to have space between letters (may be wear).

This is my guess. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces153203.html
Weirdly, dates don't match up with reign of Constantius (or even birth), possible mistake?

Thanks for your help.
If I'm not mistaken it's: Constantius I AE1. 295-296 AD. IMP C FL VAL CONSTANTIVS PF AVG, laureate head right / GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius standing left, modius on head, naked but for chlamys over shoulder, holding patera and cornucopiae. Mintmark KB. RIC VI Cyzicus 21a; Sear 14182. You can find it here: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/constantius_I/t.html under Cyzicus RIC 21a, B :)
