Does anybody know what kind of coin is it?
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces658.html
Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
I'm doubtful because it is not the same metal
That is what I thought.
Brass clad Steel is what that page says.
So either it was plated some more by someone,
or the brass that was covering it got removed.
Or it was made in the wrong metal - is your coin magnetic?

Yes it is magnetic
Can you post a picture of the edge? For me it looks plated. You can’t remove the brass. The coin would be destroyed.

Here you are
Quite sure it is plated. The letters are blurred and not sharp. At the edge you would normally see three layers. Two thin brass and in between the iron. What is the weight?
The weight is 3g
I have a similar issue with this coin :
KM 102 - 1949 J - 3g - 18.5 mm - magnetic.
In my case, my theory is that these are planchets that somehow missed the brass plating process.

For reference. A "normal" 1949J. And yes, yours looks like it has a coating on it to me too. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces3424.html
But what is the aim of doing such a thing? I mean covering/plating a common coin?
If you read this information about the U.S. 1943 steel cent and then note the "novelty coin" section, that might explain why somebody would do this to your 1950 coin.

For some reason, it is common to do this to coins...
