Curacao vs. Suriname 1942 10c

Is there a difference between these two coins?

As far as I know they were minted by the US Mint (Philadelphia) on behalf of the Dutch government to be used both in Curacao and Suriname.

If they are the same:
- Is there a way to link these two coins in Numista catalog so they share the same properties? (Data, NRI, users who want to swap it, etcetera).
- And also so when the user adds it to the collection it adds it to both countries (and it is counted only once, as entering in both individually skews the collection count).

If they are not the same:
- How can one tell the difference?

​In the book "Foreign Coins Struck at United States Mints" (1965) by Altz and Barton, the 1942 P 10 cents coin was contracted by the Netherlands government to be circulated in Surinam only. The 1943 P 10 cents coin was contracted by the Netherlands government to be circulated in both Surinam and Curacao.

Of course, the designs for both years are identical, except for the date.

In the book "Domestic and Foreign Coins Manufactured by Mints of the United States 1793-1970" (1972) by the Department of the Treasury, the mintages of the 10 cents coins for Surinam were 1.5 million for 1942 and 4 million for 1943; the mintages for Curacao were zero for 1942 and 0.5 million for 1943.

Since they are two separate colonies, any listing strategy would have to include a listing in the other country, even if only by reference.

However, it does appear that at least one listing is incorrect--the date only struck for Surinam is 1942, not 1943.

Fortunately mine is dated 1942, which would mean it was made for Suriname.
Yet the page for that coin for Curacao in Numista lists all three years (1941-1943) as possible. This may need to be corrected.
