I can't be certain with a coin this worn but it very much looks early medieval Hungarian to me, maybe something like a 13th century Obulus (example: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces72496.html).
Try checking under medieval Hungary. I'm sure I saw symbols like the ones on your coin on medieval Hungarian coins and it's size also fits the period but with the reverse being so worn it might be impossible to identify it correctly.
