I have had this coin for a while, but have not been able to correctly identify it.

Yes it's a new Kanei ... put it under unknown variety for now.

For further specification, because of the distinct 永 ei variation I think it could be
DHJ# 4.108 - Shichijo, Kyoto (1700-1707)
or
DHJ# 4.108a - Kameido, Edo
