Palestine uncommon demonetization of Eshkol [επιλυμένο]

It seems a bit strange that till now I observe this coin in pockets

which in Rev. is very similar to
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces3327.html

but...
the last coin is legal tender
and Numista states that the first is demonetized.

Does it worth to explain in comment, how Mr Joe instead of keeping the coin https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6662.html in pocket is obliged to return it to a bank or just through it away?

I understand you want to change something. Ok. But maybe this petty thing could be solved by modification request? It is quite easy, and probably just a mistake.

Yes this is a mistake in the Israel catalogue. I just double checked with the Bank of Israel website which states these coins are not demonetorized. I actually found one of these in my change here in Israel a few weeks ago. It should now be fixed. Thanks
