On the obverse I read D N (= dominus noster = "our lord") and then, above the head, T A N T I V , so, probably Constantius II, son of Constantine I "the Great".

Indeed Siscia mint with FEL TEMP REPARATIO reverse. But I thik it is Constantius Gallus and not Constantius II. Maybe RIC 351?

Yes, Constantius Gallus. I should have known it doesn't look like Constantius II -- and I have a coin of Gallus myself with a very similar bust!
I can read IV in Iun(ior) The full legend is probably:

Low value because it's very worn and holed. It's still fully identifiable so maybe 3-4$ or something like that.
