1613 or 1619 coin from (I think) Netherlands [επιλυμένο]

I found this silver coin. I Think its from 1613 or 1619. Diam. aprox. 20.75mm.
Does anyone recognize this one?

If it's 20mm, then it's probably a 2 Stuiver silver coin from the Dutch Republic.

It's too worn away to see much detail, but I see "NIA" on the bottom line.
