The only difference seems to be Nickel vs Copper-Nickel? or does the small dot under the portrait identify km103?

Here are my 2 coins, the one in the flip has a small . under the portrait, but thats the only difference i can tell. Seems the one not in the flip is km103a, but not sure about the one in the flip.
