I have a coin that is the same as

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces106570.html

BUT there is a bird to the left of the man on the reverse
:D It's not at all the same reverse (8
Your reverse type is :
Genius standing left, holding patera and cornucopia; eagle to left

You're sure it's Constantine but more likely Constantius II.
To get the exact reference you should post the face,
Referee of south atlantic islands
Constantine I
Obverse : Laureate head right
Lettering: IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG
Reverse : Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on globe and scepter; eagle to left.
Lettering: IOVI CONSERVATORI
Mint: Siscia, Exe: SIS
RIC 232b (VI, Siscia)
very nice coin easily readable, by the way 8)
