could a "nickel/brass coin look exactly the same as cupronickel?
my 1930 10 centimes , Belgium was sold to me as KM#86 not KM#96 .I can see how the seller could make the mistake.

Is the coin french or dutch?
The KM# 96 would have a star above the 10, the KM# 86 does not.
But I can not find a KM# 86 with date 1930
