I am trying to figure this one out.

All references online show that this coin (or whatever it is) has a mintage of only 350. The thing is that I have 2 of these. There are about 10 for sale on eBay and many website have them for sale as well. Something is not right. How can such a low mintage be so readily available?
I know it's a fantasy issue and all. But considering that this coin was still considered interesting in the numismatic world why is the value relatively low?
Also, if anyone has the full details of the story behind this fantasy coin please share.
