Im not sure what you mean by "rare category"?
Are your referring to the one minted in Bombay or the proof?
Your also seems to be the second head design because the fleur-de-lis on the crown is not elongated (unlike in the first design). This means that the coin was probably made in Calcutta in 1940 with the second crown design. It was minted in Calcutta because there is no Bombay mint mark (a dot above the "ONE") as far as I can tell. Your coin is not very rare in any sense (there are over 140 million of these coins). It definitely does not look like a proof.
