1 Rupee mint mark needed [επιλυμένο]

My best guess is Mumbai but I wanted other opinions.

I think this is indeed Mumbai mint with error in mint mark,possibly a die error.

Yes it is a little unusual? First off I thought that the triangle was normal for all the 2011 1 rupees such as

which states that the 2011 1 rupee was 'Minted at – Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida'

This theory was then blown when I came across a 2011 with a diamond marking https://www.allnumis.com/coins-catalog/india/republic-2011-2020/1-rupee-2011-b-37715

So what do we think guys? Mumbai mint with error?

​After having another look at it I would have to agree with arvin11 that it most likely a die error. Having said that though it doesn't appear to be all that uncommon for the year in question.
