Old coin, king facing left, few letters visible [επιλυμένο]

It's me again,

Just got this one and I am struggling to even know the country. I have a feeling I've seen this coin somewhere before, but I don't know even where to search.

The only visible lettering is "REX", and I do not recognize the CoA

Might be easy for long time collectors I guess.


Any clue or direction?

as the REX is in right place, and divided shield has another shield in centre also.
I see HI?? before REX so could be HISP, which fits.
What is diameter; that second coin is 26mm for example.

I forgot to add the size: 25mm and weight 5,4
I am confident is the coin from the second link, as I can almost read the "DOMINUS"
