I have started selling t-shirts that feature coin designs. I have been adding a new design every week on average. This is all just for fun as I am not really looking to make any serious money from this. But I am really happy with how they have turned out--coin designs look great on t-shirts!
If you have any suggestions for upcoming designs, that would be great.
Indeed, it can be useful, perhaps in foreign land.
If you don't know the language of theirs for money, you can always show them the symbol of coins or money that you want to pay, or how much price, or what you want in change, etc.
In that way it also can be useful.
These shirts surely look nice. I like the Danzig one most, because I know what it is, and the Japanese one second. I like the 1927 Canada cent as well: I predict you will sell many of those.
Unfortunately, I'm not a T-shirt wearing type of person, which I find regrettable for the first time in my life.
As for designs, I think it is important that the 'circulair' images are immediately recognizable as coins by a broad public. You show courage and style by selecting a Danzig coin, I love the designs of those coins, but I'm afraid that most people will think that the shirt depicts a (fictitious) brand of fishing gear founded in 1931...
The presence of a denomination makes the images recognizable as coins, and the Japanese 5 Yen is so common that many people will recognize it immediately.

This is a very cool idea !!! And probably I'll be able to become your client later, and order from you a couple of pieces with my rare coins. I wish you a good continuation of your beautiful idea (I wish you great sales !!!!)
I was all set to buy the Canadian Cent but, I was already up to $31 usd ($41.00 cdn) with possible duties and customs to follow. A little rich for my blood.
Can you PM me a discount code?

I everyone! Thanks for your encouraging responses.
I have started a promotion on the store (no code required... just lower prices) for the next month. Should be about $2 off, which means I will be selling them at cost. :-)
Just so you know, the triblend t-shirt is fairly costly (but quite comfortable). For a more basic, affordable, (but equally stylish option), select the "Classic Tshirt" from the drop-down menu. It is only 10 USD. For example:
