Na foto postei um normal e outra invertida.

So the follow-up question is whether the medal reverse is normal or a mistake. These coins are normally ↑↓ (as indicated in the catalogue), but one of our friend's two coins is ↑↑. I looked quickly around and didn't find any other example of ↑↑ alignment.
If i was you, i'd post this on Lamoneta.it. they have a number of experts. My italian catalogue says nothing about a possible medal alignment, and my 6 coins are all coin alignment.
