This coin was / is some sort of error coin which is available. it had the 1995 in Arabic numbers and it has the 1996 in Arabic numbers too.

I'd add it again with "Error date ١٩٩٥ (1995)" with preferably a picture in the comments section

As far as I know, this item is published for more then a year, but still it is absent in the other catalogs, such as SCWC. If you know how to supply to Krause publications information with images, I'll be very grateful for this: at the Numista catalog there are some unique data, which are worth to publish in SCWC as well. Anyway the Numista catalog may be proud for been the first in publication in occasional cases.
