On the first link you are correct that 1942 is not listed there; but it does give reference in the notes to a similar coin, which was issued for Suriname (my link two). There was also one made for Curaçao (my link three). Something to do with World War II I think, when sometimes a country could not issue it's own coins - I think that is what was said in a topic on here once, but I cannot find it.
P.S. Here below is a picture of the Curaçao coin. Look at the ribbon at the bottom of the wreath on the reverse. To the right is a small letter P at an angle, and on the left is a palm tree symbol. Perhaps your coin has these ? Not sure what the Suriname coin has, but if it is the same as the Curaçao coin then how do you tell the difference? I do know the Netherlands coins around then have a bunch of grapes mark on the left instead of a palm tree. See my first link - other dates have different marks. Hope all that helps.
