Help with translation from Latin [επιλυμένο]

I'm having difficulties translating from Latin, regarding the following coins:

I could only figure out the last 2 words mean: "cities of Italy".

Still missing the translation for the 1st sentence

as for the 3rd one, the word probably means foundation or founding, as that's when the italian republic was founded

The first coin may be spelled wrong, as there is still no Latin word like that; may be a mistake
on the coin and should be neither P nor R but S and is SERGESTUMQUE word?
Could be the name of a person called Sergestus, who is mentioned in the works of Virgil.

​You are right in 1 thing, which is that the lettering on the coin IS WRONG.
Found the answer:

TRIDENTUM TERGESTUMQUE
which is Latin for "Trento and Trieste"

Speaking of spelling mistakes, I believe there is a 2nd mistake on another coin of the same series:

Year written as: 27 d.c. [should be 27 a.c.]
translates to: AD 27 [should be 27 BC]
(the booklet that comes with the set mentions the current wrong lettering and translation)

However, Roman Empire started in "27 BC" , and Augustus who appears on the coin died in 14 AD, so before AD 27.
