Non-magnetic Suriname coins: 10 Cents & 25 Cents

Hello.
I have that kind of coins of Suriname: 10 Cents 1989 and 2009 also 25 Cents 1988 and 1989 - completely non-magnetic!
Krause SCWC says: Nickel plated Steel.




But they are the same as those Copper-nickel coins:

Please help to understand. Where is the error?

Do not trust Krause to much. That catalog is full of errors.

Well, we all already know that. I'm surprised that has not made a change in Numista, has not added year with the note.
