Seems to be closest to Phraates based on the look of the tiara.
simoneo80, Thank you. I am not real familiar with ancient coins. I guess it is normal for there to be differences in appearance of coins that cover a 20 year span. (70-90AD). For instance, my coin has no streamer from the back of the tiara which the other 3 have. Maybe due to wear.
Also mine weighs 3.0g and is 16.9mm. Numista coin weighs 3.72g at 16 mm. Normal variance?

yes this type of coins have weight variable between 2 and 4 grams, sometimes even more.
the same thing also applies to the diameter, it can vary
