Thank you for your error report.
1) I deleted year 1998
2) I didn't delete the coin, but I changed the other into the KM#191 which looks like the KM#200. So there is no more doublet.
3) I have corrected my typing error concerning Ghana.
Worldcoingallery.com lists two different 10-bani coins, but it seems they're wrong and you're right: other sources confirm that there is only one 10-bani coin.
So I have deleted the second one.
I have also corrected the facial value of the coin: "0.10 RON = 0.023 EUR".

in the catalog shows 1999.

Well - it is listed in two separate catalogs which use their own numbering.
1998 exists in both - what is there to say? I would like to believe you because you have direct access
to them - since being romanian. the site does not persuade me though...
it might be that the 1998 never really circulated but is a more or less rare issue that made its way into
the hand of some users?

I edited the coin sheet to read the new data, 1998 stays
well that does not matter - it's listed and people own it. no need to add a new coin sheet for 1998 only.
since it shares data and the KM#-number. I might add a note to the comment about it being a pattern.
