Ship and eagle: seen it before?

6 αναρτήσεις
I found this medal and I am sure I have seen it somewhere.
Help please.
Diam: 26,8mm
Looks gold plated
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
I collect older medals and tokens with sail ships and I've never seen it before.
The ship and stars make it look like its from the US, the eagle looks a bit German.
From the looks and how it's made I would estimate that it was struck around civil war era (~1860).
If you like coins, medals and tokens with ship motives follow my new instagram account with regular updates @numisnautiker
From time to time I sell some coins on Ebay make sure to follow me @apuking on Ebay.
From the look of it, it's not older than 25-30 years, probably less.
I collect coins and tokens which circulated in Africa from 18th century to 2000. I sell about 7000 illustrated world coins from http://www.avscoins.com.
Thanks for the replies.
Looks like a polish eagle. But indeed the stars are strange in the combination with the eagle and ship.
Meanwhile I found these:

The eagle looks like like the Frankfurt eagle: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces9155.html
The ship however reminded me of Danzig coins: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces29676.html
Thanks Hereric_Cata
I found this:

But the sailing ship here has no 3 masts
