The comparison showed to me, that yes, this coin in question has a die crack at 9 o'clock and die clash at the center on the French side, but still it seems to me that the dies of French side are the same.

Yes, the coin in question looks normal.

There is weariness of dies on both sides, to add, letters and numerals are narrower on the Arabic side as well as flow of die is visible closer to the beads circle. These changes are common for steel. It is very firm material, and to make a clear strike on it, it is required more strength, as the result dies wear out quickly.

In general it seems, that it has the same die origin.
