I suggest adding the following feature:

taken into account the fact that Numista is bilingual - both French and English versions of the site exist, one can often see the following on coin pages: (fr)

So I suggest the following: to automatically identify such cases by the system and set up a committee of Numista members who are bilingual (fluent both in French and English) to provide translations to the English version of the site of all such cases as they appear. Say an email is sent automatically to such persons from the committee as soon as any (fr) appears in the database to notify them that a Numista entry with (fr) has been added and it needs translation to English. This way Numista will be significantly improved and becomes more user-friendly. This is just a general idea, the implementation may be different, the only important thing here is to address the issue with (fr) in some way to provide corresponding translations to English for both all already existing (fr) entries and those to come in the future as there are thousands of such entries which just make non-French collectors very uncomfortable and hinders the use of the catalog.

Thank you! :)
This is a great idea but I'm almost afraid to support it because it represents a mountain of work and I don't feel good imposing on someone else.
A lot of information has to be translated from English to French and vice versa.... for example, when we click on the English version of this sheet it has info and images to identify variations but when you click the French version it has very little...

The fault is entirely mine, I am the referee for that section. The problem is that my French is pathetic to non existent.
I attempted Google translate once but stopped immediately.
For the word 'mint' Google returned 'menthe' in French (probably means 'mint' as in candy) the right Numismatic term, I was told, is 'hotel des monnaies' . I was afraid to try anything else...:D
The solution is as suggested - an army of translators who know both languages. It will take a few years... and it will be challenging
Or we could have a referee for each language for countries. I, for example, know no French whatsoever (except merci). I would have a French speaking referee for Italian States along with me. They take care of their side of the catalog, and I, mine.
