I am just amazed how is Russia started to make money on collectors. They make about 1000 new coins every year it seems. One of the reasons I stopped collecting Russian coins.

Take for comparison, Poland.
In Russia the numismatics is very common, such as commemorative coins have a huge circulation in 10 and 5 million, but almost never found in circulation. I have in the last year found in delivery only a couple of commemorative coins. At the same time, some people doing on this business because the prices of some coins ten times more than the face value.
New coins from Russia are available for exchange:
5 Roubles 2015:

The problem is that Russian coins (empire, CCCP an modern ones) are very attractive to collect. They're beautiful and they make the life of those who collect them very hard to bear!
A few pieces are available for exchange:

Ornamental designs run vertically along the banknote.
The Sevastopol side of the note features the Monument to the Sunken Ships in the Sevastopol bay and the fragment of the painting by I.K. Aivazovsky «Russian squadron on the Sevastopol roads».

The predominant color of the note is olive green.

Empire coins are wonderful.
Do you have coins from the periode of "Tsar Ivan VI (1740 1741)". As a baby he didn't reign at all, but I heard that there are coins struck in that periode.
