1 Bhat - Rama IX (Not sure about the date) [επιλυμένο]

If someone could help.
I had few coins from Thailand, all of them sort it out with dates but one coin.
I have highlighted the dates. I see in the coin has (before the date) letter like W.Fi not FR.
for w.fi like letter there is no date which the (fr) has. The date match with 2014

My question was about the initials before the date. In the coin its "2014 of the Buddhist era" but in the numista collection page its (fr)2014. Please see the below image.

The (fr) means that this comment is from the french side and that there is no comment on the english one and when you look on the french coin sheet you will see that they all have only the year part.
