There were three mintmarks for 1945 - D or P or S - yours is D letter.
The other item may be from Thailand.
Yes - looks like this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces13247.html
and is ½ Att coin made 1875 or 1883 and is 21mm diameter.
I have made a request to add that diameter to the page, if it is correct.
P.S. I see numerals ๑๒๓๖ on your second image, which are the same as on the
coin on the above page, so yours is also 1236 (1875) date.
