This is a 5 rin (五厘) from the Taisho era. Yours is year 7, looks silver plated, maybe cleaned.

Because Kenny didn't say in his text that is was a coin of Japan.
And I over read the link "Yours is year 7". If he had used the link "https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces.....html"; in stead I would have seen it immediately.
I just tried to be helpful but I'll think again next time.
