Mexico 5 centavos 1961

In the list there is only the 1961 with dot over M variety. I think the normal 1961 is forgotten in this list since my 1961 coins have a O above M just like all the other dates, in stead of a dot.

I can find no reference to a dot over the M instead of an "o" so I will remove this comment.

I think it is more of a die issue than a variety.  A cloged die issue. This serses has alot of issues with the o. Filled all the way to open. I can not find my better ones so these images we do.

 The dies were used past there prime
 To me i would call this a variety The m,o on the 1977 5 pesos There is a big difference

 I dont think no one has really looked at Mexico. There are just in the o round ,filled ,square and oval.  yours daryl

Oh on the smaller 5 cent there are alot of variety in the shape of the month to. Lips open and closed, look at the images above.
But are they variety or just dies past there prime
