Lager Minden 20 Pfennig (POW token) [επιλυμένο]

I found this little rascal yesterday and I've been able to identify it as:

There the trail goes cold. The only reference I've been able to find was the Numista entry (well done Numista). I've never seen one before, nobody has one to swap, can't find any completed sales on eBay or Heritage.

Can anyone shed any light on this coin i terms of rarity and value?
