Is it rare or something like that?.......

After a quick search it doesn't appear to be rare. It's a US trade token, apparently it's called a maverick as it doesn't show it's place of origin.

but in the numista rarity index is 94!! that's a serious matter........what say?

The numista rarity of 94 just means that there aren't a lot of members who own this coin. It doesn't necessarily mean they're rare. I've got a few Dutch tokens with a rarity of 97, because I'm the only one that catalogued it. But they're not worth much.
