Microscopic letters

Was looking at one of these today (Portugal 2,50 escudos): https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces774.html

When looking at the reverse, there seemed to be a scratch along the edge/rim. Then I realized, it's letters!
My eyes are to poor to read it. Does anybody know what it says?

On that coin its MARTINS BARATA DEL on the right side and M. NORTE SCULA on left side. There seems to be microscopic letters on most of their coins 1980 to 2000. From what I can see. The designer may be?
