When it mentions 15 shields does this mean full shields or both full and part shields

   That is the good website for varieties from 'cobra' who is a Numista member.  

Cheers Zac, I have also noticed on km# 130 that it states in brackets that Konink end with a G this is actual incorrect.

  On the KM# 130 page it was pointing out that KM# 131 has the correct spelling with G
So KM# 130 is an error coin as it has KONINK (and if someone has KONING they have KM# 131)

From what I can gather the difference between the 2 is the amount of shields and not the spelling error.

  Last night when I found those two pages I looked at the images on there and they are spelled differently, though the images are small.

   On that varieties page earlier I see also that it agrees with the third image above, in that in KM# 131 has larger lettering as well. Also I have seen that behind the tail there is one castle above another on KM# 130 whereas on KM# 131 they are not quite in line.
