The Face Value search filter used to accept inputs like "1/2" and “1/4” but that no longer seems to be the case.

For example https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=india&st=1-2&cat=y&v=1%2F4&a=1910 does not bring up N#1620 as its result.

And if you move the “1/4” to a general search instead of a face value search it also doesn't find the coin. And searching for ¼ doesn't work either.

But this search with the new Currency and Denomination filters works perfectly.  https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=india&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=244&dn=2396&a=1910&dg=&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=

I know there's an intent by the Numista team to switch to the currency + denomination filters, but this is a perfect example of why I'm feeling like that's a negative user experience. I could type three characters, or I type “Rupee” to bring up a list of 96 different Rupee currencies that I have to manually scroll through and scan for the one I think is correct, then I have to manually select the denomination I'm after from a second dropdown. Even if I happen to know the currency system of a coin I obtained, this is never the way I'd choose to search for a single coin in my hand.

Side note, there is no distinction in the Currency filter between the two time periods of independent India Rupees (pre- and post-decimalization).
