According to @Assur , this website is the most accurate reference of MiniAssegni.

This catalog gets its own numbering.

For example,

is referenced as AM# BSIC

It's an interesting website to verify the exact picture of his own note.

Colnect uses references of the Catalogo Nazionale Della Cartamoneta Italiana from Franco Gavello but it's a book, not a free access website.

Effectively there was a dedicated website (www.minissegni.it) with all the miniassegni versions, including the counterfeits, but it's no more available. 

Regarding the cataloging, there is no a unique identification, the most used is the Franco Gavello but there are also other references, not easy to use a defined one.

As soon as I've time, I'll try to update all the entries.
