Russia Platinum 3 Ruble

This coin has recently been added to the catalogue. It's an 1830 platinum 3 ruble. This is already listed here along with the other dates. The catalogue number is given as Bit#76, a number omitted from the longer listing. Looking at the images, it seems cruder than the others but there's no indication as to what the difference is. If it is sufficiently distinct to be listed separately, could the differences please be specified on the page? Perhaps @Grinya can help?

This is a type without rosettes around 3.

Sure.

I just don't know why my opinion seems to be that important for a small thing like this.
