Attribution of Greco-Bactrian coin needed [επιλυμένο]

Seller explained this coin was either Greco-Bactrian or Indian of some kind of that time period. I got it for cheap due to the unknown nature.

 Obverse: well worn face facing right, with some features left.

Reverse: appears to be a horse, with intact writing I can't make out.

just really worn, colour difference is because of the very low percentage of silver.

I could be wrong though, the letters look off from the one on the page.
