Swap? Maybe.

After being scam on a large swap (100 euros) from a swapper on this site I have stopped swapping for awhile. But now decided I would start again slowly maybe a small swap. So if anyone would like to start a small swap let me know. I collect mostly American, German, EU and 2 euro.

Why is this “bad” swap reflected in your evaluations?

Sorry to hear of your experience. Always at least ask for a tracked shipment and offer it, when dealing in such amounts.

I'm willing to swap. I look for equal worth. That means not just silver weight, but the entirety of the package.

Thanks for the offer but I don't think I have anything of value compared to what you have on your swap list.

How long ago was the swap? Can you confirm the person never sent it? 

The mail system, at least in the US is not so reliable recently. Remember it took an outrageous amount of time for mine to reach you, but you eventually got it. I don't know if an APO address makes a difference.

Edit: I can't help but wonder if there's any relation to recent military shakeups. I hope not for your sake.

I can't prove anything. It just said it was delivered but doesn't say where. We called and they said it was sent back. He said he never got it.
