Silver Jubilee Medal, can't find on here, is it rare?

Can't find this medal on here, although I have seen similar. Is it rare, worth anything.. Definitely silver.

If it is in the relevant Whittlestone & Ewing catalogue, it'll have a rarity scale. Unfortunately I don't have the Victoria ones.
